Quality, sustainability and traceability are not our selling points. They are our operating principles. Eco Fields Organics · Core commitment
Every shipment represents far more than fresh produce — it reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, sustainability and lasting partnerships. From carefully selected farms in Kenya to customers across Europe, the Middle East and beyond, we deliver certified organic produce that consistently meets the highest international standards for food safety, quality and reliability.
Grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, GMOs or artificial fertilisers. Certification is upheld through a robust Internal Control System covering every registered farmer, verified by annual third-party inspection. Organic integrity that can be proven, not just promised.
Unique lot codes, harvest records and mass balance controls give buyers total transparency — supporting compliance with food safety requirements and due diligence obligations. Any query about origin or organic status is answered in hours, not days.
We provide technical support, free training in organic methods, fair prices and direct market access. Our approach strengthens rural livelihoods and upholds international labour and social standards. Produce is only truly premium when the people who grow it thrive alongside it.
Same-day collection, professional grading and packing, unbroken cold storage, and trusted sea and air freight partners. We manage export documentation, phytosanitary certification and customs clearance so your produce arrives on time and clears smoothly.
From orchard selection and dry matter maturity testing through to strict grading, inspection and export-standard packaging. Only produce meeting the specifications of international importers, retailers and processors leaves our packhouse.
We supply premium organic avocados, tropical fruits and nuts across Europe, the Middle East and other international markets. Whether you need full container programmes or year-round supply, we build long-term partnerships season after season.
Grown in Kenya's fertile volcanic highlands and tropical regions under sustainable organic farming systems — hand-harvested at optimum maturity, professionally graded, and packed to meet the requirements of international importers, retailers, wholesalers and food processors.
Grown in Kenya's ideal highland climate at altitudes of 1,200–2,100 metres, our organic Hass avocados are internationally recognised for exceptional eating quality — rich creamy texture, superior oil content, excellent dry matter and long shelf life. Cool highland nights and mineral-rich volcanic soils develop outstanding flavour while maintaining the firmness required for long-distance export.
Each fruit is monitored from flowering through harvest, hand-picked at optimal physiological maturity, and graded to customer specification — ensuring consistent quality in every carton, every container, every season.
Fuerte is our shoulder-season variety, extending supply either side of the Hass window. Smooth green skin, a milder and lighter flesh than Hass, and a pear shape that presents well in fresh-cut and food service applications.
Fuerte does not colour on ripening, so buyers judge readiness by feel rather than skin tone. We supply handling guidance with first shipments to any customer new to the variety.
Fuerte lets a buyer hold shelf presence through the months when Hass volume thins. Run as a complement to a Hass programme rather than a substitute.
Ask our export desk for the current Fuerte window before contracting.
Cultivated under Kenya's equatorial sun, our organic pineapples develop exceptional sweetness, rich aroma, outstanding juiciness and vibrant golden flesh. Grown entirely without synthetic inputs and harvested only at peak maturity, they deliver the flavour, freshness and presentation that premium international markets demand.
Every pineapple is inspected and graded before packing to ensure consistency, quality and full export compliance.
Equatorial growing conditions and peak-maturity harvesting give consistently high sugar levels, excellent colour and strong aroma — the profile juice processors and fresh-cut packers ask for by name.
Programme volumes and target specifications agreed before the season opens.
Kenya is among the world's leading origins for premium macadamia, and our organic macadamias represent the finest of that heritage. Sourced from carefully managed certified organic orchards, our nuts are selected for exceptional size, creamy texture, delicate buttery flavour, bright colour and high kernel recovery.
Processed under strict moisture and quality control, they retain their natural freshness and full nutritional value — suited to premium retail and food manufacturing markets worldwide.
Whole kernels through to halves and pieces, sorted to the style your line runs on. Nut-in-shell supplied where processing capacity sits at your end.
Moisture and quality parameters confirmed before every dispatch.
Beyond our flagship lines, we supply a diverse range of premium organic fruits depending on seasonal availability and customer requirements. Each is cultivated under certified organic systems, harvested at peak maturity and packed to international export standards.
Aromatic tropical mangoes harvested at peak maturity for fresh and processing markets.
Smaller finger varieties with concentrated sweetness, suited to premium retail segments.
Deep purple skin with intensely aromatic pulp and a superior Brix-to-acidity ratio.
Further lines developed to order against your specification and volume.
Looking for a product, grade or specification not listed here? We develop supply programmes to order — contact our export team to discuss your requirements.
Multi-altitude sourcing extends our windows beyond the single-region norm. Peak months carry the strongest quality and volume.

At Eco Fields Organics, every avocado is scientifically tested using advanced dry matter technology to confirm it has reached the optimum stage of maturity before harvesting. By measuring the fruit's dry matter content, we guarantee superior eating quality, excellent shelf life and consistent ripening for our customers.
This precision-based quality control prevents immature harvesting, reduces post-harvest losses, and ensures every avocado we export meets the highest international standards. Readings are taken from multiple fruit per block, on both sides of each fruit, and logged against the block reference before any harvest instruction is issued.
Only fruit that meets the maturity threshold is cut. Each fruit is read on both sides and averaged, and a full sample sequence is run per block — twelve fruit is typical — so a single unrepresentative reading cannot release a harvest. The maturity record stays with the lot and travels with the consignment.
Our avocados are submitted to accredited independent laboratories for pesticide residue screening and applicable food-safety checks. We do not self-declare our own compliance.
Results are documented against the consignment and made available to buyers on request — because confidence in clean fruit should rest on evidence, not on assurances.
Maturity discipline is only proven once the fruit ripens at destination. Dense, pale-gold flesh, a small seed cavity and even softening across the fruit are what a correctly harvested Hass delivers — and what a buyer's technical team checks on arrival.
How to read the report: a screening result reported below the limit of quantification means no residue was detected at the laboratory's detection threshold, tested against European Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 limits.
Our Internal Control System holds farmer-level records for every registered grower. Unique lot codes, harvest records and mass balance controls link packhouse inputs to farm origin — so any query about origin or organic status is answered in hours, not days.
Registered grower, mapped plot, input and activity records held in the ICS.
Block released for harvest only on verified dry matter readings.
Lot code assigned at the collection point and carried forward.
Size, class and defect sorting against buyer specification.
Pack code links every carton back to its originating lot.
Cold chain, phytosanitary clearance, container sealed and documented.
All certification documents — organic transaction certificates, GLOBALG.A.P. certificates and phytosanitary certificates — are available for buyer review on request.
Our production and sourcing systems are built around internationally recognised requirements for organic agriculture, good agricultural practice, worker welfare and ethical trade. Here is what we hold, what it covers, and who verified it.
Certified organic production and handling of fresh produce. Covers soil and input management, the prohibition of synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, and segregation of organic product through collection, grading and packing.
Farm-level good agricultural practice: food safety, plant protection product handling, water management, harvest hygiene, and worker health and safety at production sites.
A GLOBALG.A.P. add-on assessing social practice at farm level: workers' representation, contracts and payslips, wages, working hours, and the absence of child and forced labour.
Ethical trade audit of our packing and handling operation across labour standards, health and safety, environment and business ethics. SMETA is an audit methodology rather than a certification — findings and corrective actions are shared with customers through the Sedex platform.
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point systems embedded across packhouse and cold chain operations, with documented critical limits, monitoring and corrective action.
Certificates, scope statements and audit summaries are provided to trading partners on request.
We ship from Mombasa and Nairobi to buyers who hold us to retail-grade specification. Programme volumes are agreed before each season opens.
Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and Spain — importers, ripeners and retail programme buyers. Rotterdam and Antwerp are our principal discharge ports.
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf — distributors, hospitality supply and premium retail. Shorter transit supports both sea and air programmes.
United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and selected Asian markets on programme. New destinations assessed against phytosanitary access and cold chain feasibility.
World-class organic produce and meaningful rural livelihoods are not competing priorities. They are the same mission.
Our contracted farmer model places smallholder families at the centre of a supply chain designed to benefit them rather than extract from them. Farmers in our network receive technical support, free training in organic methods, fair prices and direct market access — reducing their risk, raising their income, and building long-term supply security for our buyers.
To be among the world's leading fresh organic produce exporters — recognised for first-quality products, efficient and transparent service, and an enduring contribution to environmental conservation and the economic empowerment of East African smallholder communities.
To maintain and grow our position in the global agribusiness market by consistently delivering top-quality certified organic products, upholding the highest social and environmental standards, and building trusted, long-term relationships with buyers, farmers and certification partners worldwide.
These are the areas where our decisions have the most effect — on farmer income, on fruit that would otherwise be wasted, and on the land our growers depend on. We describe what we do and what we intend, and keep the two clearly apart.
We train growers to build soil health, conserve moisture, use organic inputs and manage pests responsibly — adapting avocado production to shifting rainfall and temperature. Smallholder agriculture receives a small share of global climate finance; we work to make our grower base investable.
Organised market access, training, transparent pricing and long-term buyer relationships raise farmer income and reduce the risk smallholders carry alone. Structured value chains are how a small grower reaches a premium market at all.
Farmer registration, GPS farm mapping, plot identification, harvest records, lot coding and packing records — carried through to shipment level. This is what allows a buyer to answer an origin question with evidence rather than assurance.
Maturity testing, careful harvesting, grading, pre-cooling and cold-chain management cut losses at every stage. Our aim is to direct lower-grade fruit into avocado oil, feed ingredients and compost rather than throwaway-price disposal.
Avocado value chains create work in farming, aggregation, quality control, extension, traceability, logistics, processing and export. We intend to increase women's participation as farmers, trainers, employees and local agri-entrepreneurs, and to report participation figures once gender-disaggregated data is in place.
Water stewardship, biodiversity and pollinator protection, sustainable packaging, lower-carbon cold chains, ethical trade and decent work, and improving farmer access to finance. Detail below.
Sustainability language is worth little without numbers behind it. These are the indicators we are building into our reporting, and we would rather publish them late and accurately than early and loosely:
A note on scope: avocado is not currently a commodity listed under the EU Deforestation Regulation, and we make no EUDR certification claim. Our GPS mapping, land-use monitoring, biodiversity protection and deforestation-free sourcing are voluntary commitments, and we describe them as such.
Our impact is structural rather than incidental — built into how growers are contracted, how staff are trained, and what happens to fruit that never reaches an export carton.
Organic premiums, guaranteed offtake and training for 200 contracted farmers today, scaling to 3,000, with 225 additional farmers under the pilot programme. The medium-scale oil processing line extends the organic premium to farmers' whole harvest — ending the throwaway-price sale of non-export-grade certified fruit, creating an additional revenue stream for smallholder producers and cutting post-harvest losses.
A dedicated training centre for women and youth covering organic production, post-harvest handling, grading, oil pressing and agri-entrepreneurship — building employable skills and a pipeline of next-generation certified farmers and processing staff.
Six permanent staff plus up to 40 seasonal packhouse jobs, with growth in processing roles as the oil lines commission — prioritising Avocado Academy graduates. Gender and youth participation data is being formalised for 2X-style reporting.
A nutrient-dense product portfolio spanning avocado, passion fruit and macadamia. Post-harvest and traceability investment directly reduces food loss across the chain.
EU Organic practices prohibit synthetic agrochemicals. The planned oil facility applies circular bio-economy use of by-products and non-export-grade fruit.
Organic soil management, agroforestry and water-smart practices are embedded in farmer training, with climate-adaptation services built into the pilot design.
Figures reflect current contracted numbers and committed programme targets. Pilot and processing components are in development; we report status openly to funders and buyers on request.
Our operations team works the packhouse floor daily — not from an office. Grading decisions, lot coding and pre-shipment inspection are signed off by named staff, so when a buyer raises a query there is a person who can answer it.
That accountability runs back to the orchard. Field officers know the growers by name, walk the blocks before harvest, and release fruit only when the maturity record supports it.
